SHREE GURUNANAK VIDYALAYA , Station Road , Giridih was established in 1972 under the aegis of  GURUNANAK EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, Station Road,Giridih, Jharkhand with the motto of ‘Service before Self’. This English  Medium Co-educational  Senior Secondary  School is recognized by the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and is affiliated to CBSE. 

SHREE GURUNANAK  VIDYALAYA has grown up in all areas. Infrastructure & academic performance. . Our students are bringing laurels to school by receiving Merit certificate from CBSE every year in both class X and XII. Installation of CC TV’s in classroom has no doubt added to improved discipline among school children. School being a minority institution follows a comprehensive programme of imparting spiritual values. This is done through:-

3. Celebration of religious festivals.
